Welcome back, it's good of you to come and see what I've been up to. I've had some success in publishing my book. On the News tab you can read how my local facebook news page reported my venture into writing. Read on to see what else has happened......

After sending my story to the local press, and TV companies, I was pleased to receive a response from the local newspapers and a magazine published in Stone.

I have posted the articles as photographs in this blog as there was no way of linking them using a hypertext link.
The plaudits are still coming in from people who have read the book. I am now reaching out to schools outside Staffordshire. My grandchildren go to school in Elstead, Surrey and my daughter teaches near Guilford. Each school now has a copy of the book and I am hoping to visit next term to read the stories and talk about my journey with Gummy and his friends.
I am looking forward to visiting the libraries in Stafford and Stone in August, but before that I have a holiday in Llandudno with my wife and our twin grandchildren Seb and Willow, both of whom will feature in one of the stories in the next Gummy book, but they don't know it yet! Shhh!
I will be taking a copy of Gummy y pysgodyn aur (that's Welsh for Gummy the Goldfish!) and test the Welsh market.
